Well it is more than Christmas "hodgedoings" are celebrating. Our two new grandchildren arrived safe and well. Liza and Robert's, lovely Tiffany Jane born on the 15th December. Keris and Danny a beautiful son, born this morning 20th. Name is still to be announced, in the meantime "JI" (junior Ivan !!).
All grand parents will likely agree that it is stressful "waiting". It has been a long 9 months.Beth once again was invited to join her daughters in the birthing room. She is now well practiced, having been part of 9 deliveries, (Tahni was the exception).The interaction of all the cousins brothers and sisters to the new family members already has had an impact. The two new members are much loved. In the years to come we trust that the "perfect 10" will provide support and respect for each other, and will maintain the FAMILY bonds.So now lets celebrate Christmas Beth and Ivan with the "perfect 10" our three lovely daughters, Keris Liza and Britta (who I must add are very nice people apart from being caring daughters), with Robert, Chris and Danny who must shake their heads in dismay at times !!
